Write the system down
If a result depends on one person remembering how, it isn't a system yet. Every process in Meri Solutions lives in the SOP library with owners and review dates.
Alex Meri, also known as Alex Meriam, founded Meri Solutions and owns the business today. His work centres on one idea: a company grows when its systems are written down, automated where possible, and taught to everyone who joins.
How he works
If a result depends on one person remembering how, it isn't a system yet. Every process in Meri Solutions lives in the SOP library with owners and review dates.
Handoffs, follow-ups, reporting and reminders are automated so the team spends its hours on conversations and craft instead of admin.
Sales psychology, tonality, outcome selling and objection handling are taught inside the Meri Academy, with practice and AI roleplay rather than one-off onboarding.
Pipeline, close rate, client health and retention are reviewed in the open, so decisions come from numbers rather than opinion.
The platform
Rather than stitching a dozen tools together, Alex Meri had the company's own operating system built. Meri OS holds the CRM and pipeline, lead intelligence, the SOP library, the sales academy with XP and levels, AI call reviews, automations and the connector hub — all behind role-based access. It is used internally by the Meri Solutions team.
