Why Meri sells the way it sells
Key idea
We do not sell websites, ads or automations. We sell a business that stops leaking money — and we only sell it to owners who can actually be helped.
Most agencies sell deliverables. A deliverable is a thing you hand over: a site, a funnel, a campaign. The owner buys the thing, the thing sits there, and nothing in their week changes. That is why owners are cynical when you call — they have bought things before.
Meri sells outcomes: more qualified conversations, faster response times, fewer leads falling through the cracks, and a business that runs the same way on a bad day as it does on a good one. Every asset we build is only a delivery mechanism for one of those outcomes.
The four beliefs every rep operates from
- Certainty is transferred, never argued. If you are not certain, no script saves you.
- The prospect's problem is more interesting than your product. Talk about the problem 80% of the time.
- A no you earn quickly is worth more than a maybe you nurse for a month.
- Nobody is sold by pressure. People are sold by clarity plus a deadline that is real.
Weak
We build high-converting websites and run Google Ads for contractors.
Strong
Most roofers we talk to are losing three to five jobs a month to whoever answers first. That's usually a speed problem, not a marketing problem. Is that happening to you, or are you already on top of it?
The first line makes you one of forty callers this month. The second one makes the owner check their own numbers — and now they are in the conversation, not enduring it.
Drills
- Write your version of the outcome sentence: what changes in the owner's Tuesday because they hired us?
- Say your opener out loud ten times until it sounds bored, not eager. Bored reads as certain.
